Day of the Dead - Meditation Session.
I am more than happy to share that this coming Día de Muertos (2.11.22), we will be holding a special meditation where we will direct our practice towards impermanence. The session is inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh's version of Buddha’s Five Remembrances and the Mexican tradition of Day of the Death. This is an invitation to learn and discover together the nature of all things✨
